A Year in Inworldz

It’s been a little over a year now since I made the leap and came to Inworldz. I’m so glad I did. It has been an amazing year, getting to know new people, new places and new ways to manifest my dreams.

At first, coming from a big place like Second Life, it was odd to try to find my way around, and being beta there were glitches here and there. Glitches that were, for the most part, just accepted as something that went along with this new adventure. Like pioneers, placing our markers and calling out the space determined as our new home.

I was still a noob when I realized that I wanted land, and wanted to create a nice residential community, and so that was what I began to do. Birchglen now has two sims, Diamond Valley and Prickle Pear Bay, both being mainland sims along the IZ Straits.

The land has changed alot over the past year, but my goal is still the same. To create and participate in community. To make a nice place to call home.

This is my first post, just to sort of test the waters and see what I can do with the free themes available at wordpress. I thought of going self-hosted, as I do with some of my other sites, but this seems far easier πŸ™‚

So, that’s all for now!
